Limited Lifetime Warranty

Rose Micro Loupes carry a limited lifetime warranty against any manufacturing and workmanship defects. Beginning on the date of purchase (invoice date) from Rose Micro Solutions LLC. This product warranty applies only within the Unted States of America, Canada, or sales to authorized dealers or distributers. Rose Micro Solutions LLC will, at it's option, repair or replace any product or parts covered by this warranty. The purchaser shall be responsible for shipping and insurance costs to: Rose Micro Solutions LLC Cheektowaga (Buffalo), New York, U.S.A. This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of this product as determined by Rose Micro Solutions LLC sales records. Loupe accessories carry a 1 Year limited warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects.

Return Policy

All Medical Optical Loupes optical products are fully inspected for defects in manufacturing and workmanship prior to shipping. Any items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If a problem occurs, please contact us at (716)-289-6017 to see if we can assist you. If we cannot assist you over the phone, we will provide you with a return authorization number. All returns must be made within (14) Days of the original shipping date.
